Geary Gallery
Since its founding in 1984, Geary Gallery has become one of Fairfield County’s preeminent art galleries, featuring an extensive collection of original artwork and limited edition prints. Offering four elaborate display rooms, Geary Gallery maintains an ambitious exhibition schedule to showcase both Connecticut-based artists with national reputations as well as well-known artists from along the Eastern seaboard. The public can enjoy a new show virtually every five weeks (except during the summer months). In addition to the Gallery, located on premises are Geary Accent Picture Framing and Restoration with and an extensive selection of over 2,000 corner samples for artwork or photography. Its precision restoration service has restored oil paintings and frames that hang in many museums, galleries, and historical societies.
Geary Gallery is owned and operated by Norwalk residents, Anne and Tom Geary who have spent more than twenty years as friends to artists, spotting talent and market appeal, and nurturing careers. Geary Gallery is located at 576 Boston Post Road in Darien. Gallery hours through the Fall are Wednesday through Saturday: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm.
