West End Elementary School
About Our School:
We are a part of the Bellville Independent School District located approximately 15 miles west of Bellville on Highway 159. Our campus is located on a serene hill just south of Industry at 7453 Ernest Parkway.
Our K-5 campus houses approximately 180 students with two sections of each grade level. Currently, classes remain small with less than the 22 to 1 student-teacher ratio. Kindergarten classes and Grades 1-3 are self-contained. One section of Grade 2 and one section of Grade 3 employ a concept called looping; wherein, students have the option of remaining with the same teacher for two grade levels. Grades 4 and 5 are departmentalized.
West End Elementary is proud of its past academic achievements. Our students' success can be attributed to a dedicated faculty and staff, a supportive community, a strong volunteer program, and parent involvement.
