The North Central Regional Library system covers 28 branches in five Central Washington State counties.'

Our regional library provides services in five central Washington counties: Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, and Okanogan... an area stretching from the Canadian border on the north to the midpoint of the state on the south, and from the foothills of the Cascades to the west into the Columbia basin on the east.
