Vision:

“Our World Transformed from the inside out”

A vision is a picture of a preferred future. Since the Kingdom of God is to be established, what do we see as the reality God wants VCC to bring? It is the world transformed. We are transformed by the Word of God and by the power of the Holy Spirit. As we gather together we open our hearts to the Word of God, fellowship, and the ministry of the Holy Spirit to see our own lives transformed by God’s grace from the inside out. It is not by adding rules and outside pressures, but the life of God that begin with the new birth, bursting forth to bring real change in our hearts, attitudes, motives, and joys. As we are transformed, we become agents of transformation everywhere we go. This transformation affects the world through the good news of Jesus Christ. This world transformed is our vision of what God wants to do through VCC.
