Our history as a church began in 1961 when the Diocese of Ohio saw this area as a potential site for an Episcopal Mission. Since then our church has grown from evening prayer in the Education Building of the Northfield Presbyterian Church, to 1984 when our church building was built on the corner of Route 82 and Shepard Road. The land was given to the Episcopal Church by Colonel William Frew Long, long time mayor of Macedonia. We have continued to meet and grow here since Ash Wednesday of 1985!!
