We will be growing a wide variety of seasonal vegetables and herbs for our shareholders during the 2011 season. Members will receive their produce on a weekly basis beginning in June and ending in October. We also hope to have locally roasted coffee, homemade Jams and fruit butters, local cheese and eggs available for purchase on share pickup days.

Schlegel Run Growers is a small CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) vegetable production entering its second season of operation. Our goal is to provide fresh, high quality produce to local households while using sustainable farming practices. We grow our vegetables without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides and carefully select our vegetable varieties for disease and pest resistance.
