Savvy is the sister restaurant of Saint Tropez Bistro Francais which was opened in 1999 and the "O" Bar Martini Bar and Lounge which was opened in 2003; both located in Fairfield, CT and owned by Etienne Menozzi and Patrick Jean. St Tropez received "Very Good" in The New York Times by Patricia Brooks in 2000. And now Etienne and Patrick bring you Savvy in New Canaan.

Opened in May 2006, Savvy Restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine with friendly and professional service. Savvy received "Excellent" in The New York Times by Patricia Brooks in August 2006. The menus and extended wine list will let you travel around the world while seated in Contemporary Style dining rooms. In nice weather you can enjoy the outside dining area.
