About Us:

The Rotary Club of Cookeville was chartered November 2nd, 1935 and has enjoyed an active membership since its start.  Our club is composed of members from many different professions.  Each year we are active in our community with a Pancake Breakfast at the Annual Home Show and monthly recognition of Outstanding High School Students.

Rotary is a volunteer organization with 33,000 clubs in over 200 countries. Rotary club members represent a cross-section of business and professional leaders around the world. These 1.2 million men and women donate their expertise, time, and funds to support local and international projects that address challenges affecting the world today, such as hunger, poverty, illiteracy, and disease. Rotary’s flagship program is its effort to eradicate polio worldwide.

The Rotary Club of Cookeville is 140 members strong. We are united with the worldwide association of Rotary clubs under the motto “Service Above Self”.

Our club meets every Wednesday at noon at the Leslie Town Centre.
