Mission:

The mission of the Melican Middle School is to pursue the highest level of educational excellence by embracing our district’s core values and offering cooperative and active learning experiences in order to best meet the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical needs of each adolescent. These goals will be pursued through an interdisciplinary approach, which provides a nurturing transition from the self-contained elementary school to the high school experience.
