Mission:

To express a heart surrendered to God through obedience, thanksgiving, joy and praise as an individual lifestyle and as a corporate celebration with fellow believers. Through expressions of corporate worship, a lifestyle of worship and stewardship:
- That each member of MCBC will view and adapt worship as a lifestyle and not only an event on Sunday morning
- That each member of MCBC will worship God by being faithful stewards of time, talents and treasures
- That corporate worship take place in spirit and truth transcending personal preferences
Vision:
To grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, being transformed into His image in order to live the Great Commandments of loving God and one another, and to fulfill the Great Commission, all for the honor and glory of God.
We believe that every child of God and the body of Christ as a whole is healthy and well-balanced when consistently active in each of these five areas. There are five purpose teams at Mid Cities as shown below and in the pictures to the right. Each team exists to help develop one of these specific areas in the body of Christ.
