Back by popular demand, the 5th annual Kingwood Oktoberfest returns to Holy Comforter Lutheran Church Listed as one of the top 10 events in Kingwood in its inaugural year of 2016, the event attracted more than 1200 people. Following Hurricane Harvey and amidst recovery efforts, Holy Comforter and the TKO team pushed forward with the festival. In spite of pouring down rain, nearly 1,000 people from the community came out for TKO 2017.
