Mission Statement:
The mission of the City Manager's Office is to provide quality services in an efficient and cost-effective manner to improve living and working environments through administrative policies and the management of municipal operations.
Marshall operates under a Home Rule Council - Manager form of government. The city manager is appointed by and serves at the discretion of the City Commission. The city manager hires the administrative staff and department directors.
