About
The application to incorporate the town of Gillette to be known as the City of Gillette was read, and on motion, the application was granted and the following order issued for said Incorporation.
WHEREAS: An application of Hunter Bowen, et al., as required by law has been presented to this Board of County Commissioners asking for the incorporation of the town of Gillette under the name of the City of Gillette including the territory described in said petition and as platted and filed with said petition, and
WHEREAS: After considering said petition and all proofs and evidence in support thereof and also all objections thereto we find that all the requirements of the laws of Wyoming in regard to general incorporations of towns have been fully complied with by said applicants.
