Charlton Softball Association

Mission
The Charlton Softball Association provides all girls from the age of four through seventeen with an opportunity to play softball with quality supervision. This program is designed to promote the physical, mental and spiritual well being of girls by teaching the importance of teamwork, developing respect for others, and the application of the Golden Rule in human relationships: "Do unto others as you would have done unto you." While the attainment of athletic skills and sportsmanship is encouraged, the real goal is to instill values in the players that will contribute toward their future development as young women and responsible adults.

The Charlton Softball Association is open to girls residing in Charlton, Massachusetts and surrounding towns where fast pitch softball is not available. The league is divided into divisions based upon age. Each division has a Director responsible for overseeing the issues concerning their division.

An elected Board of Directors governs the Charlton Softball Association League. Policy decisions on rules, schedules, and other administrative matters are handled through the Board of Directors.

Volunteers staff the Charlton Softball Association and all are welcome and encouraged to join our program.
