The Intermediate School houses approximately 460 students in grades four through six. Academic classes at each grade level are departmentalized and are 80 minutes long.  Our teachers provide students with rich and meaningful educational experiences and are skilled at differentiating instruction in order to meet the individual needs of every learner. Opportunities for academic growth are developed through tiered instruction, including accelerated courses in language arts and math.  Additional special classes are offered through our Encore Rotation, where students can take art, Spanish, technology, library, guidance, music (including band and orchestra), and physical education.
