Aloha from Pastor Steve Rex . . Calvary Chapel North Shore has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ, to be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit, and to make Him known throughout the world. We are committed to the task of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ; equipping believers for the work of the ministry, and expanding the kingdom of God.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. Therefore, our ministry emphasizes the exposition of God's Word from Genesis to Revelation. (2 Tim 2:15 & 1 Pet 3:15)

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His promised return in power and glory.

We believe that repentance from sin and acceptance of Jesus as Lord and Savior is the only way to come into a relationship with God.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live a godly life; we further believe that His power and gifts are available to believers today.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto eternal damnation.

We believe it is important to uphold the Scriptural practices of the early church. Therefore we hold to water baptism, and the regular receiving of the Lord's supper.

We believe these are an outward expression of an inward transformation.
