Buena Vista's English-Spanish Two-Way Immersion Program develops fluency in both languages for English Language Learners and English-proficient students. Students master both English and Spanish by the 5th grade. Buena Vista celebrates Latin American traditions, exploring culture through the arts, history and holidays. 5th grade students have the opportunity to travel with parents and teachers to Mexico for an exciting spring week of service and learning. Parents, students, staff and the community work together to maintain a school atmosphere full of excitement about learning and respect for children.
