Hilton School was opened in 1967 and is situated on a 28.9 acres. The building has 50,000 square feet and twenty-five learning stations. It also has three courtyards and Hilton is the newest of the three elementary buildings.

In the spring of 1994, the school was recognized as an OAESA Hall of Fame School, one of ten schools statewide identified as offering an exemplary instructional program for children. This honor was awarded by the Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators. Hilton is the only school in Brecksville-Broadview Heights to have been granted this coveted award.
