Our organization was established in 2011 when the increasing need in our area in came to many local dog lovers attention.  We are banding together to work towards an off-lease dog park to be created for our community.  BARCO will be working on getting grants, finding an appropriate and available location, gathering support, fundraising, meeting with local committes and key persons, finding volunteers, establishing a plan to present to the Borough, organizing ongoing maintenance, and so much more.  Together we desire to educate the misinformed and overcome any strong opposition. As a group we will support our common goals and effectively handle the work associated with establishing a dog park. There will be many small steps along the way and we will be keeping our 'fans' posted on a regular basis.
