Boehm's United Methodist Church Fall Festival

Boehm’s UMC will host a community festival.  Vendors will be selling crafts, antiques, & flea market items. Food, food, food! Colemanville UMC will be selling mincemeat pies. There will be smoked chicken legs & burgers served outside.  Inside Fellowship Hall will be chicken corn and ham & bean soups (available by the bowl or in quart containers), cakes, pies, breads, apple dumplings, hot dogs & sauerkraut. There will be a healing & prayer tent. Hayrides (from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.) & children’s activities will be available. Tours of the historic Boehm’s Chapel & the Tying Shed will be given. Bicentennial prints of the Chapel & other items will be available by donation. Apple butter will be made on site, the old-fashioned way, in copper kettles over fires, and will be available for purchase soon after it comes out of the kettles and is jarred. Proceeds will benefit the Chapel’s fund to replace the roof. Music will be provided by Boehm’s pianist & choir director, Oksana Reedy. There will be opportunities for the young to experiment with an assortment of musical instruments. Come join us for a fun day!
