Our Mission

Encourage Arts and Cultural activities in our geographic area, and promote these activities through various media;

Maintain the web site www.lowcountryarts.org to list and promote arts and cultural events;

Compile a comprehensive list of organizations, indivitual artists/performers/writers, businesses and galleries that are engaged in artistic or cultural activities;

Assist in coordinating arts/cultural youth educational programming;

Provide marketing/grant writing assistance to Council Members

About Us

We are a non-profit organization open to any person, group, or organization interested in, or associated with, artistic or cultural activities in the area south of the Broad River in Beaufort County, South Carolina, regardless of race, sex, creed, national origin, handicap, or sexual orientation. The only requirement for membership is the timely payment of annual dues.
