Acts Christian Center
Pastors Larry and Cecilia Hasting are the founders and Senior Pastors of Acts Christian Center, a non-denominational spirit filled church located in Columbia, Tennessee, as well as the hosts of Exceeding Abundance, a television program reaching thousands of households.
Before coming to Columbia, Tennessee with a mandate from God, they served in the Church of God and gained a wealth of knowledge while working as ushers in the Ernest Angley Crusades in the Southern States.
Pastors Larry and Cecilia began Acts Christian Center in a small building on Trotwood Avenue in Columbia. Now the ministry is located at 1518 Highland Avenue in a 32,000 sq. ft. facility that seats over 1,100 people. In this larger facility, creation of new ministry departments and the development of existing ministry outreaches are being achieved. God has truely blessed and equipped the Pastors and Acts Christian Center for His service.
In addition to the worship services held at Acts Christian Center, in which there is dynamic praise and worship along with the teaching of the word of God, the children/youth enjoy and grow in our Action Kids children's ministry. Action Kids - derived from the book of Acts denoting doers of the word, is a place in which children can grow and receive a strong foundation in life through the Word of God. Other areas of ministry and fellowship are: the Ladies of Acts fellowship, Men's fellowship, guest speakers as well as special events and times of fellowship. The Acts Picnic in the Park is always a favorite of everyone.
The ministry is centrally located in the heart of downtown Columbia, an area diverse with people of every race, nationality, and culture. Each week Pastors Larry and Cecilia minister the uncompromising Word of God to an ethnically diverse congregation of all ages. They share the gospel of the Kingdom of God and are seeing lives changed, families restored, and addictions broken.
With a five-fold ministry call on their lives, Larry and Cecilia flow in the Apostolic and Prophetic ministry as well as Evangelism and the office of the Teacher. They have experienced many great and wonderful moves of God in their lives. In our services the Fire of God is known and evidenced with signs and wonders, healings, and deliverance.
The pastors along with the congregation and staff of Acts Christian Center invite you to come and experience the love and power of God in any of the Acts Christian Center worship services. We look forward to meeting you and growing in the knowledge of the Word of God together.
