Copycat Recipes: Make Your Favorite Brands at Home

Monday, July 10.  7-8 PM.

Sick of stuff that's loaded with salt and sugar? Sick of the high prices? Not only is cooking at home nutritionally better for you, it’s also good for your mental health. Learn how to make your own Filet ‘O Fish sandwich, low sodium V-8 Juice, Panera’s famous Broccoli and Cheese Soup, and more! This is a great presentation for people looking to control salt and sugar intake or for those who want to stick it to the corporations.  Presented by Therapy Gardens.

Welcome to the monthly Book, Schmook! Discussion. In this group, rather than reading and discussing a specific book, each time we will focus on the ins and outs of a different literary genre. Share your thoughts and opinions on the genre in general, as well as books & authors within that genre, and recommend titles you’ve enjoyed. This program is geared toward adults, and will, of course, come with snacks.

This month’s discussion will focus on: Soap Operas (for Men & Women).

Woburn Genealogy Group

Tuesday, July 11.  3-4 PM.
The Woburn Genealogy Club is an informal and welcoming group that meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 3-4 PM. At our meetings, we will discuss resources, share research tips, and engage in lively discussions about family history.

Mandala Mindfulness: A Peer Support Group for Creative Coloring and Connection

Thursdays, July 6-August 10.
10-11 AM.

Many people find the drawing or coloring of a mandala to be meditative. The very nature of drawing or coloring a mandala is therapeutic and symbolic.

Come relax and let your creativity flow.  Meet peers and make connections.

Adult Maker Space Craft Classes: License Plate Box

Thursday, July 13.  7-8:30 PM.
Come join us Thursday evening for a craft class for Adults. This week we'll be making boxes out of metal license plates! The finished license plate box will be about 5 1/2 inches by 3 inches, and about 1 1/2 inches deep. We'll be using Ohio plates.

T's Taekwondo

Saturday, July 15.  10-10:30 AM.
The Martial Arts are open to all people. In class we will learn basic self defense techniques, proper form and even a bit about Korean Culture. Respect is at the forefront of our classes as we develop students who respond and speak to each other respectfully at all times! This is a no contact class, open to everyone ages 12 and up.
