Library Holiday Hours and Closings

The Sachse Public Library will be closed from Friday, December 23 through Monday, December 26 in observance of the Christmas Eve and Christmas holidays. The Library will re-open for our regular hours of operation on Tuesday, December 27.

The Library will also be closed from Saturday, December 31 through Monday, January 2 in observance of the New Year's holiday. The Library will re-open for our regular hours of operation on Tuesday, January 3. 

No library materials will be due during these closings, so there will be no need to return books, DVDs, or other items to the Library during this time. 

No Story Times Dec. 19 - Jan. 6

There will be no Story Times at the Library from December 19 through January 6 due to the holidays. 

Our regular Story Time schedule will resume on Wednesday, January 11.

Starting January 11, the Library will host a Toddler Story Time each week on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. The Library will also host a weekly Preschool Story Time on Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. Finally, parents and babies 18 months and under can also join us for a Baby Bounce Story Time on Fridays at 10:30 a.m.
