Oktoberfest is first and foremost a family event. We have worked hard to ensure that families can come out and enjoy the festivities without putting a pinch on their pocketbooks. For this reason, children under 12 are admitted free. We have also added to the menu food that kids love to eat, like pizza, hot dogs, corn dogs and lemonade. In addition, we’ve come up with a host of educational and fun activities just for kids.

Great Lakes 5K Bier Run

Enjoy Labor Day Weekend with the Cleveland Oktoberfest 5K Run and 1-Mile walk at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds in Berea!

All participants receive a short sleeve race shirt, 1 free drink ticket (21 and older), age group awards, and FREE entry to the Festival after the race!

9:30 a.m. – Race Day Registration & Packet Pick Up
11:00 a.m. – 5K Run and One Mile Walk Begin
12:00 p.m. – Awards

Registration:
5K Run (B-Tag Chip Timed): $30 Pre-Registration; $35 after Sept 1, 2022.
1 Mile Walk (Non-Timed): $20 Pre-Registration; $25 after Sept 1, 2022
Family Rate: Save $5 per person when registering a family of 4 at checkout. Deadline is Sunday August 21, 2022.

Awards (5K Only):
The 2022 5k Run is a B-Tag Chip Timed Event. Awards will be given to the Top Male and Top Female overall as well as three deep in the following age categories:
14 and Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over and Wheelchair.

Age Class winners 20 and over will receive a Commemorative Ceramic Mug (mug/logo colors may be different than pictured).
