4pm-10pm : Celebrate Midsummer the Nordic way with us!

We're celebrating Midsummer in 2023! The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. Traditionally, Midsummer was a crucial time of year for the Vikings. They would meet and discuss legal matters, as well as resolve disputes around the summer solstice. So bring your clan and resolve any disputes in our Swordmaster's Challenge arena!

Join us for the torch lighting ceremony and throw an offering into the brazier with us to celebrate at the God's Garden Friday night.

Activities:

Kids vs. Vikings Water Balloon Battle:
For kids of all ages! Bring an extra set of clothes for your little warriors!

Full Combat Fighting:
Brought to you by Vulksgaard Vikings. Enjoy some full steel combat after the parade!

Viking Camps:
We've put a lot of work into improving our villages, and now they're even better! Come stroll through one of several camps at the festival and see what life was like back in the year 1000.

Sword Master's Challenge:
Test your strength with our swordmaster or battle against your friends in the arena!

Mead Making Classes:
Provided by Three Sips Brewing. There are two classes a day, Basic Mead Making and Advanced Mead Making as well as an additional Bee Keeping class!

Live Demonstrations
Visit our unique artisans and see how things are made! From tanning hides to blacksmithing, there is something for everyone to watch and learn.
