Building Update

Finishing Soon!

Reconstruction is close to completion! If you remember, back in February we had a leak that caused a fair bit of damage. Demolition started in May, and in June the reconstruction phase began. On August 10th new carpet arrived for installation, and we hope that we will regain full functionality of our quiet study room, Friends book store, and work spaces soon. We will let everyone know when the bookshop is officially up and running, and we can finally start accepting donations once again.

Summer reading is coming to a close but there is still time! This year's theme is "Read Beyond the Beaten Path". The prize is a 1 year membership for the Trustees of Reservations, a gift card to Jabberwocky in Newburyport and a gift card for a coffee shop.

Food Drive Results

From the month of July

We had over 100 items donated for the Newbury Food Pantry. They had just moved locations in June and we wanted to support them. Thank you to everyone in the community that donated. If you didn't get to donate and want to, please check out their website for more information.
