New Boston's 91st Annual 4th Of July Celebration!

Parade:

The day commences with the tolling of church bells as the famed parade steps-off from High Street and winds down thru the middle of town. The award-winning parade features patriotic bands, antique cars and hand-pumped fire engines, New Boston's infamous street floats and much more!

The award-winning New Boston 4th of July Parade steps off from atop High Street at 10:00am sharp and makes its way through town to the Celebration grounds. The parade features bands, patriotic marching units, fire trucks, clowns, and New Boston's famed street floats - the 2022 parade theme is "COMMERCIALS" and the competition is sure to be fierce - and fun!

First Place for Large and Small Floats: $150
Second Place for Large and Small Floats: $75
Third Place for Large and Small Floats: $50

Games and Activities:

Classic field games, contests, live musical entertainment, and raffles will keep everyone busy until it's time for the big show!

Games: Watermelon eating contests, sack races, arts and crafts

Food: Chicken BBQ, Hamburgers, Hot Dog, Chicken Fingers, Fried Dough, Ice Cream, Beer Tent (SPONSORED BY: MOUNTAIN BASE BREWERY), and MORE!

Admission to the Fairgrounds starting at 4pm

Admission to the fairgrounds is $10.00 per person ages 12 and up.  $5.00 per person ages 2-11. Children 2 and under are free. Everyone is encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating. Don’t forget the bug spray!

Fairground Festivities Schedule:

Fairground Gates Open at 4pm

Opening Ceremonies Commence at 5pm

Food, Games, and Fun Right Up Until 9:15pm

Fireworks at 9:30pm (Approximate Start Time)

Our awesome fireworks display will blast the night sky.  You won't want to miss it! As dark settles in, grab a blanket and enjoy the best fireworks around!
