An Open House Celebration...

One Year Since The Flood!

Mill Ballet and Roxey Ballet celebrate a new season in New Hope, Pa! We welcome all to stop  in during our Open House on Tuesday, September 6th from 4:00 - 7:00pm.  

This Open House will be a true celebration of what we have all collectively created out of a  natural disaster that destroyed our studios in Lambertville, NJ just one year ago.   

Current and new students will be able to reconnect with their peers and teachers, see their new  studios, and pick up dance attire for the new season. All can pick up a class pass for a class in  which they would like to try during the first 2 weeks of the season (expires 9/26).   

In addition we will have refreshments, tutorials on the perfect ballet bun, pointe shoe preparation and safe stretching, and some super fun dance games for dancers of all ages to  participate in!  

We hope to see you all on September 6th to celebrate this new season of dance in our new home!

A Successful 1st Annual River Dance Festival

After two years of limited performance experience, it was wonderful to have dancers and companies from all over the country to perform at the River Dance Festival this weekend in Lambertville, NJ! Local companies from North Jersey and NYC such as Ariel Rivka Dance and Synthesis Dance performed as well as a company from Houston, Texas- Chapman Dance Houston- among many other dancers and companies. 

Special thanks to bent spoon who donated delicious cupcakes and cookies to make the weekend even sweeter! 

We look forward to the River Dance Festival becoming an annual event that all can look forward to!

Music Together is Back!

Music Together classes are finally back at Mill Ballet Studio! Join teachers Joseph Woodhall and Sarah Orfe on Sunday mornings at 9:30 or 10:30 with your baby, toddler or preschooler for a super fun, research based, weekly family music & movement class. You’ll sing, dance, drum, jam, make new friends, and find new ways to play with and bond with your child! Find out more and register for the semester by clicking the button below!

Alumni Spotlight.....

Mill Ballet School Alumni Perform at Roxey Ballet's River Dance Festival This Past Weekend

The River Dance Festival this past weekend was filled with so much creativity, good energy, and amazing dancers! Some of those dancers happened to be Mill Ballet School Alumni! 

Danny Rocha and Katie Messina choreographed and performed a duet called "Gallery: Retrospect" at Sunday's show of the River Dance Festival.

Alumni Come Back To Teach At Summer Intensives!

Once you join the Mill Ballet School Family, it’s hard to leave!

We are so grateful to have had 3 amazing alumni- Katie Messina, Katherine Duffy, & Kylie Conlon- back teaching at our Ballet Intensive, Contemporary Intensive, & Choreographic Workshop this summer. They taught the students so much & we can’t wait to have them back!

Roxey Ballet is holding auditions for its annual production of the Nutcracker. Auditions will be held on Saturday, September 10th. You must pre-register online. This production is an amazing way to meet new friends, perform, & create memories that will last a lifetime.
