BEADS and BOOTS is this year’s theme. Bring the whole family to cheer on our parade participants as they make their way through the heart of LeClaire. We might be a small town but everything about TUGFEST weekend is larger than life…including our Grand Parade. From there it’s just a few blocks down to the riverfront Carnival for rides and fireworks.
