Governor Offers Reward for Information on Guilford County Murder

RALEIGH, NC -- On May 9th, Governor Roy Cooper announced that the State is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Terry Allred, age 33.

On January 14, 2017, at 3:21 a.m., patrol officers responded to the Grab-N-Go gas station located at 637 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Greensboro. Upon arrival, officers located Terry Allred, suffering from a gunshot wound. Mr. Allred was transported to a hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
