Halloween Week at Mill Ballet School!

From October 24th to October 29th, we will be celebrating Halloween all week long at Mill Ballet School! Come to your classes in a danceable costume to celebrate. The school will be closed on Halloween Day Monday, October 31st.

Meet New Roxey Ballet Company Artist: Clementine Greely

Meet Roxey Ballet Company Artist Clementine Greely. She will be dancing in Roxey Ballet's upcoming production of Dracula as one of Dracula's wives & will also be instructing the next Musical Theater Workshop session from November 4th to December 16th for students ages 6-12. Clementine grew up in Hermosa Beach, California where she first developed her passions for dance and theatre. She trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary and attended prestigious ballet summer training programs, including Bolshoi Ballet and Ellison Ballet in New York City and the Royal Ballet School in London. In her final year of high school, she attended the American Ballet Theatre William J. Gillespie School.

Clementine performed in more than 50 musical theatre productions from the age of 6-18. She became a member of the International Thespian Society and performed at The Jerry Herman Awards with her high school’s cast of Peter Pan.

Clementine graduated magna *** laude with a BFA in Ballet from the University of Cincinnati in 2021. She had the honor of performing in various soloist and principal roles, while dancing at UC. In 2018, Clementine was a quarterfinalist at the Shanghai International Ballet Competition in Shanghai, China and spent her sophomore year studying abroad at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in the BA in Modern Ballet program.

Since 2017, Clementine has choreographed and helped direct fullscale youth musical theatre productions, camps, and classes with students ranging from ages 4-17. She has taught various styles of dance including ballet, tap, and jazz and workshops in musical theatre dance.

Clementine began her professional dance career as a member of the corps de ballet with Columbia Classical Ballet under the direction of Brooklyn Mack for their 2021/22 season and was a guest artist with Charleston Ballet for their productions of Dracula and The Nutcracker. Clementine is thrilled to be dancing her first season with Roxey Ballet as a company artist and joining the faculty of the Mill Ballet School.

The Nutcracker "Suites" & Tea Party

Roxey Ballet invites the whole family to the Nutcracker "Suites" and Tea Party on November 13th, 2022. Spend a fun filled afternoon enjoying a diverse  selection of sweets, coffee, tea and hot chocolate with the characters from The Nutcracker. Children and parents alike can expect delicious performances by the professional artists of the Roxey Ballet!  The afternoon includes autographs and photos with your favorite  characters, a special dance performance, a story time by the Sugar Plum Fairy and a Nutcracker themed dance class!
