HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE PICKUP

Sign up for Hazardous Waste Removal by Sunday, February 12 by 5:00 PM. Please have your items out by 8:00 AM on your scheduled collection day. Always follow the placement guidelines for safe and efficient pickup. Visit hhwsolutions.com/justin or call 972-440-2040.

CITY HALL CLOSURE

City Hall will be closed on Monday, February 20 in observance of Presidents’ Day. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, February 21 at 8:00 AM.

2023 GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION INFORMATION

The 2023 Election Packet and Candidate Applications are available for the May 6, 2023, City Council Election. Please contact the City Secretary to obtain a printed copy of the Election Packet. The deadline to file for a place on the ballot is Friday, February 17, 2023. For more information, visit: https://www.cityofjustin.com/199/Elections .

Q: What is the filing period for a place on the ballot?

A: The filing period begins on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, and ends on Friday, February 17, 2023.

Q: Which place numbers are open in the May 2023 Election?

A: Mayor of City of Justin and City Council Place 1, Place 2, and Place 3.
