8:00 AM - 4:30 PM: Commercial Building Vendor Set-up Schedule

Vendors are allowed to set up Saturday from 8 AM - 4:30 PM; Monday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Tuesday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Must be ready and open to the public by 2:00 PM on Tuesday.

Booth take down times: Sunday, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM and Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Pick up Open Class Tags from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at the 4H/Open Class Building.

8:00 AM: Queen Breakfast

Queen contestants model, perform and speak as part of the competition. Thanks to Morey's Steakhouse and Event Center for providing a wonderful location for this event. Please RSVP to Sarah Seymour at (208) 670-1384 by August 3 if you'd like to attend. The meal is $7.50 per person.

Includes Art, Baking, Candy, Food Preservation, Ceramics/Pottery/Sculpture, Flowers/Gardening, Handwork, Home & Hobby, Legos/Knex, Photography, Produce/Crops, Quilting, Sewing, Woodworking/Leathercraft.

6:30 PM: Motorcycle and ATV Rodeo

2 nights of motorcycles and ATV races with expanded age brackets--ages 4 and up are invited to participate! Entry Fee depends on the bracket.

4-H/FFA Goat Quality in the Sale Barn. Followed by Goat Cloverbud Show .
Immediately after the Cloverbud show Goat Fitting & Showing will begin.

The Free Stage offers entertainers a chance to show off their talents to the public. This is located on the stage on the south lawn where you can also stay to enjoy other activities as well!

7:00 PM: Team Ranch Sorting

Team Ranch Sorting, Idaho Central Credit Union Arena. This is an event where teams of three on horseback sort ten steers from one pen into another in numerical order. The team which sorts the greatest number of cattle in the least amount of time is the winner. Team Sorting is one of the more entertaining events at the Fair, and is Free to the public Call Teri Kidd 208-312-3720

4-H/FFA Beef Breeding Show will follow Beef Market Quality, Jack Funk Pavilion.

Come watch the 4-H/FFA youth as they see if their steer "meats" the judges qualifications for a prime beef project.

4-H/FFA Sheep Quality in the Sale Barn. Youth show the lambs they have been working with all summer. They hope their feeding program has produced top quality lambs. Sheep Fitting and showing will immediately follow the Quality Show. Sheep Breeding will immediately follow Fitting and Showing.

4-H Dog Show, in the sale ring. At the dog show, you will watch 4-H youth work with their dogs putting them through different obstacles and tasks. Come and watch these talented youngsters and their dogs strut their stuff!

Swine Fitting and Showing in the Sale Barn will follow the Quality Show. Quality starts at 7 AM

4-H/FFA Beef Fitting & Showing, Jack Funk Pavilion. Maneuvering these large shampooed and curried steers takes talent, dedication and patience. Which of our 4-H/FFA youth have the showmanship skills to capture the judges' attention?

2:00 PM: 4-H/FFA Breeding Goat Quality & Fitting & Showing
Breeding Goat Quality followed by Fitting & Showing in the Sale Barn

2:00 PM: 4-H/FFA Round Robin

4-H/FFA Round Robin - Grand Champion Contest, Jack Funk Pavilion. The Round Robin is the champion of champion’s showmanship event. This contest is for the top showman is each of the large market animal projects and horse. These 4-H/FFA youth rotate as they show each of the different species as they try to earn this prestigious award. This is an event not to be missed!

8:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Removal of Exhibits - Final Day

Removal of exhibits from the 4-H/Open Class and Art/Flower/Photography & Education Buildings. WINNER'S PREMIUMS MAY BE PICKED UP AT THIS TIME in the office in the 4-H/Open Class Building.

Any exhibits not picked up by the deadline will be left in the Fairboard Office and will not receive any premiums. All premiums not picked up by 12:00 PM on Monday, will revert back to the Cassia County Fairboard as a donation from the premium winner. No premium money will be available after Monday.
