All proceeds from our Miles for Mammos 5K benefit Julie's Pink Warrior Program which provides free screening mammograms to individuals in Onslow County that are under insured or uninsured.

Join us as GOTR/STRIDE celebrate the completion of a 10-week run program!
We believe that accomplishment comes in all flavors and everyone who participates, whether they run, walk, hop, skip, or even cartwheel across the finish line. It is to be honored and congratulated.
The season of learning about the importance of taking care of our emotional and physical health truly embodies our mission of inspiring young ladies and men to be joyful, healthy, and confident as the culminating event of the GOTR/STRIDE curriculum. It is a moment in time that beautifully reflects the very essence of the program goals.
Public runners are welcome as this race provides scholarships to children who need assistance participating in the Girls on the Run and STRIDE programs. Professional race production by the New River YMCA and timing by Run with the East ensures a fun, safe, and accurate 5K race experience.

Join us for our 10th Anniversary Beat the Bridge 10K/5K in beautiful downtown Jacksonville, NC on January 13, 2024. Our event will highlight the beauty of the City of Jacksonville, the commitment the military community and local community have to working together, and the determination and optimism of local athletes. Part of the proceeds benefit Semper Fi & America's Fund. Participate from anywhere! Register for one of our virtual categories.
Sledgehammer Beach Run

Ainsley's Angels Run With Your Heart

Entering its 10th year, the Run With Your Heart 5K/10K/15K/Virtual is a major fundraiser for Ainsley's Angels in Eastern Carolina and Ainsley's Angels in America. This race brings both the local community and the entire nation together to promote the message of inclusion. Together, we shall accomplish so much more than we ever could alone!
Course Route Featuring a flat and fast course, it's a small-town race with a marathon style feel. The 5K Run/Walk/Roll is a welcoming course to athletes of all abilities. The route will begin and end at the beautiful Riverwalk Crossing Park located at 421 Court St and takes you through historic downtown Jacksonville, North Carolina!
