Proud to be an official host for the Memorial Day Murph workout. Join us for a special workout to honor Scioto County's heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.

The Murph is:

1 Mile Run

100 pull-ups

200 pushups

300 squats

1 Mile Run

We start at the gym with a special Memorial ceremony, then run to the KIA/MIA Memorial at Tracey Park. At the memorial we take a name from the wall and write it on the whiteboard at the gym. That person is who you honor.
On the last run, you take a rose and drop it off at the memorial for that hero.

This event is free and open to the public.
